This restaurant sits at the JW Marriott in a rather small and limited space, allowing for a private and cozy atmosphere in a dark and plush setting with clean lines and highly finished surfaces completing its contemporary theme.
The attention, of course, is devoted to beef entrees on the menu. Each is high quality cuts of fresh chilled meat cooked to order. Steaks and fillets arrive on their plate with minimal adornment, however, sauce can be added and a number of sides are available. Prior to selecting your main entree, there are a number of appetizers, such as, salads and escargot. Entrees include standard steaks and fillets plus red meat-based dishes, such as, beef tournedos that comes topped with a piece of fatted goose liver and the taste of balsamic vinegar. Besides the beef selections, there is also lamb.
